Flat 6 Legacy: A Tribute for Porshe Enthusiasts

In November, Emporium B Gallery welcomed FLAT 6 LEGACY, a solo exhibition by Edu Danesi that resonated deeply with Porsche enthusiasts and collectors, transforming the gallery into a meeting point between art, engineering, and automotive passion.

Conceived as a tribute to Porsche’s timeless design and mechanical artistry, the exhibition centered on the iconic Flat-6 engine — a symbol of precision, innovation, and an enduring obsession with performance. Through Danesi’s sculptural language, speed was suspended and motion translated into form, allowing visitors to experience Porsche not only as a machine, but as emotion and visual poetry.

For Porsche lovers, the exhibition became an immersive encounter with the values that define the brand: balance, craftsmanship, and the relentless pursuit of perfection.

In collaboration with ZWECK, FLAT 6 LEGACY was further enriched by the presence of two Porsche models from ZWECK’s private collection, exhibited alongside the artworks. These iconic vehicles established a powerful dialogue between Danesi’s sculptures and the engineering masterpieces that inspired them, blurring the boundaries between automotive design and contemporary art.

In a time increasingly shaped by algorithms and efficiency, FLAT 6 LEGACY offered Porsche enthusiasts a rare opportunity to slow down and reconnect with the soul of the brand — where performance meets beauty, and motion becomes sculpture.
